Among the choco sweets and desserts I prefer to eat , because I’m a chocoholic person… , this is an easy and delicious recipe that anyone could prepare! a crunchy biscuit with hazelnut essence that melt in your mouth with this extraodinary chocolate with a bit of banana on top, makes your mouth crave for more!!!..
Ingredients
- For the buscuit:[/b]
- 50gr powdered hazelnuts
- 100gr icing sugar
- 300gr flour
- 1 egg
- 200gr butter
- For the chocolate:
- 250gr dark chocolate
- 100gr milk chocolate
- 200gr wiped cream
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the food prossesor and beat until you have a smooth pastry
- Put in the frige an let it cool for 20 mins
- Roll out the pasrty on a lightly floured surface into a 12 inch circle about ¼ inch thick.
- Carefully roll the dough up onto the pin and ley inside a 9 inch tart pan with a removable bottom. press the dough into the pan so it fits and bake it for 30 mis aproximatelly.
- Once the buiscuit is done let it cool in a room temperature.
- prepare the chocofilling melting the 2 type of chocolate and stirring it with the wipping cream.
- fill the buiscuit with the chocolate an decorate it with bananas.
