Hazelnut cake

Homemade cakes are nutritious and a very good choice when you want something to eat with your coffee. Here is my hazelnut version, enjoy it with a boucle coffee and good company!
Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 200gr unsalted butter in room temperature
- 1 cup of granulated hazelnuts
- 3 eggs
- 2 vanilla tubes
- 1 and ½ cup of milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl beat well the butter with sugar
- Add the eggs and keep beating till you have a smooth mixture
- Preheat the oven to 180 C
- With a wooden spatula stir the mixture with flour, vanilla, hazelnuts and milk.
- Butter cupcake forms or a big one.
- place it tin the oven and bake for 50 mins the big cake and 20mins the cupcakes.
