A really easy to make and delicious apple pie
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter that has been unsalted
  • ¼ glass water
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pastry for a 9 inch pie
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 8 apples, that have been peeled and sliced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsium. Melt the butter and stir in it the flour in order to form homogenous substance and then add water, the cups of white sugar and brown sugar. Then put it in a boiling pot and reduce the temperature.
  2. Take the bottom that is crusty and put it in the pan. Then fill it on top with the apples. Once you have done that, you should pour slowly the liquid containing the sugar and butter over it.
  3. Bake it for 15 minutes in the oven. After that reduce the temperature of the oven to 170 degrees Celsium and keep on baking it for 35 minutes. Take it out when you make sure that the apples are soft enough.
