Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 bananas
- 1 ¼ cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 200 gr chocolate chips
- 1 cup of smashed nuts
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with sugar very well till smooth
- Add the oil, bananas and stir with wooden spoon till smooth mixture.
- Add the rest ingredients and stir again.
- Turn on the oven to 170oC
- Use a little butter inside the form and add a little flour so the cake won’t stuck.
- Bake the cake for 50 minutes
- Once the cake is done, place it in the rack and let it cool
- turn it upside down and if you like decorate with a little powdered sugar
- Enjoy!
