  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 ¼ cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 gr chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of smashed nuts

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar very well till smooth
  2. Add the oil, bananas and stir with wooden spoon till smooth mixture.
  3. Add the rest ingredients and stir again.
  4. Turn on the oven to 170oC
  5. Use a little butter inside the form and add a little flour so the cake won’t stuck.
  6. Bake the cake for 50 minutes
  7. Once the cake is done, place it in the rack and let it cool
  8. turn it upside down and if you like decorate with a little powdered sugar
  9. Enjoy!
