Ingredients
- Small Squid
- Calamares (cuttle-fish)
- Batter mix :-
- Flour
- Egg
- Soda-water
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Take the black skin off, and clean inside squid.
- Slice the calamares in rings or strips.
- Make a batter of flour, egg, soda-water, salt and pepper.
- Dip the calamares in the batter so that they are completely covered and deep fry in hot oil.
- If desired, serve with a dip sauce.
