Ingredients
  • 500 gr carrots
  • 500 gr of onions
  • 60 gr butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 70 gr flour
  • 4 dl milk
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 1 table spoon sour cream
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Flan for carrots and onions
  2. Peel carrots and onions and melt them separately in butter with seasoning and thyme.
  3. Beat the eggs with the flour, milk, salt, pepper and cream fraîche.
  4. Once carrots are tender, mix with the onions and pour into a buttered gratin dish.
  5. Uncover the egg mixture and cook about 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
  6. Enjoy!
