  • 200g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 350g carrots
  • 200g almond flour (you find easily at the supermarket)
  • 100g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • some butter

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites. With mixer whisks egg yolks with sugar. Add grated carrots, almonds, baking powder, flour (all together). Aside beat the egg whites untill stiff, then add the rest and mix well. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan in the oven preriscaldato.Bake 170 degrees for 1 hour or so, if the oven is powerful, it is fine 150.
