This best known of chicken recipes, and the tastiest. It can be served with basmati rice.
Ingredients
  • 300g chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons madras curry
  • salt

Instructions
  1. Put the raisins in a glass of hot water. Peal the onion and slice it.
  2. Saute onion, garlic and pine nuts with a little oil in a saucepan.
  3. Cut chicken breast into cubes.
  4. When the onions are transparent, add the chicken in the pan.
  5. Once is golden, add mustard and honey.
  6. Mix and let it caramelize for a few minutes.
  7. Add the heavy cream, raisins and curry.
  8. Seasoning
  9. Cook it for a few more minutes.
