An easy classic dessert with nutella and banana.
  • 125gr flour
  • 30gr melted butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3dl milk
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoon rum
  • banana chopped
  • nutella

  1. Mix in a bowl farina, salt, sugar
  2. Add milk, water, rum, eggs beaten, and butter
  3. Stir well until the mixture is smooth
  4. Heat a flat pan and pour a bit of the mixture and cook the crepes
  5. In an opened warm crepe add nutella and slices on banana
  6. Decorate as you wish
  1. For really professional crepes you may need a crepe machine.
