Chocolate lovers prepare yourselves for the ultimate chocolate tart. It can be served with a nice small portion of almond liqueur.
For the dough:
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 20 cl whipping cream
  • 8 cl of milk
  • 1 egg

  1. Preheat the oven to180 ° C.
  2. Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients. Pinch it with a fork to prevent the dough from inflating and cook it for 15 min
  3. Melt the chocolate with the cream and milk.
  4. Dilute the chocolate and let it cool a bit.
  5. When the pastry is cooked, mix the beaten egg mixture to chocolate creme.
  6. Pour it all over the dough, and bake it for 10 -15 min
  7. Enjoy!
