Cold Fish Starter

May be served cold, they as well make great starters or even summer main courses.Such meals usually appear appealing and mouth-watering.
Ingredients
- ½ kilo fish fillets
- 1 small tin tuna fish
- Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon tomato chopped
- 1 Tablespoon green chilli chopped
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Salt
- 1 dessert spoon Vinegar
- Garlic and ginger crushed together
Instructions
- Put altogether in pan until liquid has disappeared.
- Then cool.
- Mix in the tuna fish and mix with mayonnaise.
- Put on a dish in shape of a fish.
- Decorate with sliced carrot and parsley.
