May be served cold, they as well make great starters or even summer main courses.Such meals usually appear appealing and mouth-watering.
Ingredients
  • ½ kilo fish fillets
  • 1 small tin tuna fish
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon onion chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon green chilli chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 dessert spoon Vinegar
  • Garlic and ginger crushed together

Instructions
  1. Put altogether in pan until liquid has disappeared.
  2. Then cool.
  3. Mix in the tuna fish and mix with mayonnaise.
  4. Put on a dish in shape of a fish.
  5. Decorate with sliced carrot and parsley.
