These yummy soufflés can be baked and served right away in their own dishes. Also, they are simple to cook, and are good for entertaining your visitors.
  • 200 gr fresh goat cheese
  • 80 gr butter
  • 50 gr flour
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

  1. Crumble the goat cheese.
  2. Wash and chop the chives.
  3. Melt 60g butter in a saucepan and add the flour all at once and mix.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, stir, then add the milk, stir again.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Add pepper.
  6. Add the crumbled goat cheese and chives to the mixture.
  7. Stir well and remove from heat. Let it cool.
  8. Preheat the oven th.6 / 7 (200 ° C).
  9. Butter the soufflé mold.
  10. Separate white from egg yolks incorporating yellow 1-1 in the mixture.
  11. Beat the egg whites with the salt, and then fold them gently into the preparation.
