Typical delicious greek dish mostly during summerI love mussels! Steamed or fried, but my favorite recipe is mussels saganaki without tomato of course, but with mustard and cubes of feta cheese! This is my favorite recipe that I challenge you to try!
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 red pepper into very small cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped into very small cubes
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped like peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup of white wine
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 500 g mussels without cell
  • A handful of parsley
  • 200g feta cheese into small cubes
  • Red, black pepper and salt

  1. In a large pan with oil sauté the onion, peppers and garlic
  2. Add the wine and let it boil a bit
  3. Add the mussels, mustard and also add some water (from the bag if there is even better) as much as is needed to cover the mussels
  4. Let it boil well over low heat about 7 minutes
  5. Add the parsley and the feta cheese
  6. Add red, black pepper and a little salt
  7. Don’t overcook the mussels!
  8. Good luck!
  9. Enjoy the meal!
