This main dish is easy to make for dinner, and also a delicious recipe for your guests.
  • 250 gr of salmon fillets
  • 4 leeks
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 2 eggs
  • 220gr of whipping cream 3% fat
  • 1 teaspoon coffee cornflour
  • 1 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Clean leeks and cut into slices.
  2. Melt them with olive oil over low heat.
  3. Add the white wine to the pan, season with salt and pepper and let simmer 10 minutes covered.
  4. Beat the eggs with the cream and add the cornstarch.
  5. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  6. Put leeks and salmon in individual pots or in a gratin dish.
  7. Pour the cream over the eggs.
  8. Bake about 15 min.
  9. Before serving, add the chopped dill.
