Leek and salmon light Gratin

This main dish is easy to make for dinner, and also a delicious recipe for your guests.
Ingredients
- 250 gr of salmon fillets
- 4 leeks
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 2 eggs
- 220gr of whipping cream 3% fat
- 1 teaspoon coffee cornflour
- 1 tablespoons of chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Clean leeks and cut into slices.
- Melt them with olive oil over low heat.
- Add the white wine to the pan, season with salt and pepper and let simmer 10 minutes covered.
- Beat the eggs with the cream and add the cornstarch.
- Cut the salmon into small cubes.
- Put leeks and salmon in individual pots or in a gratin dish.
- Pour the cream over the eggs.
- Bake about 15 min.
- Before serving, add the chopped dill.
