I love mushrooms! Either cooked or raw in salads or… sweet and crunchy on top of cakes!!!… Here is a recipe that I love to make especially when I have guests
Ingredients
- (For about 20 to 25 small mushrooms)
- 2 egg whites
- 120 gr caster sugar
- A little cocoa powder
- A bit of dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 90 ° C
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding, from time to time the powdered sugar.
- Put it in a piping bag, which you will cut off the tips, and shape in a non stick baking paper carefully small mushrooms in two pieces, hats and feet.
- Lightly sprinkle the hats with cocoa powder.
- Cook the meringues for 1 hour.
- Once the meringues are cool, put them together with a little bit melted chocolate.
- Your mushroom meringues are ready to impress your guests!
