An omelette that anyone can prepare at home for a quick meal. It is a delicious and fast recipe. This is a simple quick recipe that you can use as a base and improvise. You may add peppers for more veggie flavor and taste or ham to make it more.. meaty!
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 spoon of parsley
  • 100 gr meat of your choice
  • 50 gr mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • Several spoons of olive oil

  1. You scramble the eggs as long as you can and then add the parsley, the meat and mushrooms.
  2. You cut the tomato in small pieces and add it as well, together with the garlic. Make the mixture homogenous.
  3. Put the frying pan and pour several spoons of olive oil and wait until it is hot enough
  4. Put the mixture and fry it on both sides.
