A delicious french idea to enjoy a nice light dinner after a busy day.
Ingredients
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 liter beef stock
  • some croutons
  • 60 g cheese of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Cut the onions into rings and mash the garlic.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until golden brown.
  3. Add the flour and stir.
  4. Add the beef stock, stirring the pot and let it boil.
  5. Once boiled, lower the heat and let another half hour.
  6. Finally seasoning.
  7. Grill the croutons with cheese to melt.
  8. Pour the soup into bowls, adding up the croutons with melted cheese.
  9. Enjoy!
