Among the choco sweets and desserts I prefer to eat , because I'm a chocoholic person... , this is an easy and delicious recipe that anyone could prepare! a crunchy biscuit with hazelnut essence that melt in your mouth with this extraodinary chocolate with a bit of banana on top, makes your mouth crave for more!!!..
  • For the buscuit:[/b]
  • 50gr powdered hazelnuts
  • 100gr icing sugar
  • 300gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • 200gr butter
  • For the chocolate:
  • 250gr dark chocolate
  • 100gr milk chocolate
  • 200gr wiped cream
  1. Put all the ingredients in the food prossesor and beat until you have a smooth pastry
  2. Put in the frige an let it cool for 20 mins
  3. Roll out the pasrty on a lightly floured surface into a 12 inch circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Carefully roll the dough up onto the pin and ley inside a 9 inch tart pan with a removable bottom. press the dough into the pan so it fits and bake it for 30 mis aproximatelly.
  5. Once the buiscuit is done let it cool in a room temperature.
  6. prepare the chocofilling melting the 2 type of chocolate and stirring it with the wipping cream.
  7. fill the buiscuit with the chocolate an decorate it with bananas.
  8. enjoy!!!!
